Let me start by saying, I dont profess to be the best capper or proclaim to have a lock on a game. I'm like most here, just love to bet on sports, have some fun and hopefully pick more winners than losers. I'm fortunate to be recently retired at the ripe old age of 55 and can spend as much time as I want handicapping games, especially this time of the year when our golf courses are closed. When I do make my selection I can assure you that I have spent plenty of time breaking down each particular game.
I've been around the sports world all my life, as a player, coach and father of a pro athlete. Gambling came naturally let's just say it was in the Gene's
Now to the good stuff and sorry to bore you. I want to challenge myself to a game I'm gonna call Crazy 8 Madness. Starting with a bankroll of $1000. The gist of the game is to start with $100 double it up and try to hit 8 strait and turn $100 into $10,000. Couple rules...after the 2nd round if I'm still alive I pull my original bet out and play with house money. Bankroll allows me 10 rounds, will do more if all goes well. Lastly I can pick any sport, I love the versatility. No more than a couple picks a day, may even pop the odd live bet in there.
For those that care I use 888 as my book.
I actually started yesterday on my own under another thread yesterday. (my first thread so it is documented). I did okay going 2 and 0 with a late push in the Wash St. Game, also had the over in the Auburn game and Syracuse. (will only count the push in my overall record)
Opening bankroll: $1000
After 2 strait pulled my original bet back and am playing with house money now.
Round 1: Bet #3
Risk $268.40 return $485.80
