    He had 2 knee surgeries. With the contract he is about to get, he’s not going to risk injury. You may not like it but he’s not playing for you.

    His knee's are fine. Risk injury? This is the freaking NLCS!!! Yea he may not be playing for me but he's making a lot of money and he's playing for a class organization and a lot of fans who pay good money for tickets to see him play. The least he can do is not swing at ball four and then hit a grounder to the hole which he could've beat out. He decides not to hustle and wasn't thrown out by much. It's sickening to watch. He would be riding pine with me.

    Good one, let me know when Moustskas does the same. He had an ACL in 2016, didn’t get the money last off season and is a free agent again. I think Boras is still his agent. It’s an important contract for him, but he would never do that. I hope Machado isnt’t injured, but if he isn’t that is inexcusable. I very much doubt it happens again.

    Inexcusable and so what? You think, general managers will not want this guy on their team? It’s his life and if he doesn’t run the way you like, he’s going to accept the consequences. And, guess what, Roberts is a tough guy, he ain’t benching him.

    If I'm a GM and saw that I would've scratched him off my list. His stock went down. Stuff like that can become a cancer in the clubhouse really quick. What he basically was saying is it's about him and not the team. Players hate that. Mike Trout never would do something like that. All hustle all the time. The way it should be. Machado has some questions to answer.

    Haha, fine by him, there’s 29 other teams. I love all you guys acting all righteous but your mentality wouldn’t last one day managing these ball players today. You would get fired because you don’t know how to manage people and just want to bench, scream and embarrass your best player. He’s about to get a 250 million contract, blows my mind that you don’t understand why he wouldn’t want to risk it just to get first base.
