    My ex-wife is selling the house for almost 50 million.

    Tiger’s ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has put her 29,000 square foot estate in North Palm Beach Fla. with 11 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, on the market for $49.5M, according to @WSJ. Purchased site seven years ago for $12.25M and built compound on 1.4 acres.





    I should have never cheated on her.

    If you "only" have 11 bedrooms why do you need 15 bathrooms? Maybe Opie can jump in an explain the 1%er math to us.

    Bathrooms much more important than bedrooms

    Anything over 5 bedrooms is generally not valuable, yet every bathroom adds value

    1%'ers want about 1.5-2 bathrooms per bedroom

    Pool bath, cabana bath, bath off kitchen, 2nd kitchen bath....

    I have 5 beds and 7.5 bath in SW FL.

    Lots of outdoor and secondary baths in FL homes because of elderly....many modest homes w 2 master bedrooms as well here.
