pay back to credit card gone for good?
Both bovada and bookmaker canceled my withdrawals yesterday that I had processed "pay back to credit card" over a week ago
They said they are having issues with the company they use and that it is no longer available. Whats the next best option besides bitcoin? That seems way too complicated for me
Could they mail you cash in an envelope? This sounds pretty simple to do.
