    Taking advantage of Low Juice

    I've been reading Conquering Risk, actually a pretty good book. Anyways, how and where can I take advantage of reduced juice and -105 lines?

    Today I was able to find a game that I liked under the reduced tab at 5dimes. Are most lines displayed and playable for reduced juice, or only certain ones?

    see, i forgot to add this: what about the people who should not even be sports gambling at all? you know, the ones who always lose. so you save money on reduced but where does that money go? and it's not like you get that savings upfront either.
