It will take a score of around 22 to make the money most likely. That really depends on Louisville though If Louisiville doesn't cover, then you can take 2 points off of that total.

Basically you need to win at least 4 out of your 5 three star games to have a chance. Sure someone could go 10-0 in their other games, but not likely. There will be numerous guys who get 12-15 points from their three unit plays if Louisville covers

Correct, the larger will count, and the dupe will count as a loss.

One way to do it is getting close enough to hedge a little. You could potentially even do it with the WV/Az St game if you are on top of things

I think PO was just saying in theory once 2 3* lose... you really don't have a shot at placing. During the last few years.... I don't recall anyone who lost 2 3* who placed. So in theory... you're out. I think that's all he meant by that.

I forgot about the last "4 point" game. That's a tournament changer right there. Depending on who wins 4 points and loses.... that's the ultimate swing.

not really cause everyone else will get 4 points also. or half of everyone. you could only catch people who pick something different so you really will not jump many places.

True. I think in prior contests the top 10 point leaders... 65-70% were on the same team last game. So... you don't really leap frog anyone... but you need it to place.
