    I know people that swear by it, but I've never gotten into it myself.

    There's an app they all recommend called Headspace. Good for people that are apprehensive about meditation.

    Relaxes me so much and reduces stress and anxiety. Anxiety has gotten real bad to the point i could not even concentrate or focus without mediation. So you could consider me someone who "swears" by it. Although if your doing fine and are mentally healthy i cant speak to if it will still have benefits or not.
