    Been on a bad run the last week or so n just wondering wat u guys to to try and take ur mind off of it?

    I recently lost my biggest bet ever a few weeks ago and sort of asked the same question. So I will tell you what I did. I finished up the work day, went home, did some chores and did NOT watch any sports. Didn't even open any webpages. I disconnected myself from the sports world, even poker which I play 4-5 nights a week. I turned on the tv and just relaxed and forgot about it. Pup and I watched tv.

    Of course it helped a bit winning my next wager right away the next morning with a tennis play.

    But disconnect yourself from the sports world for a day or two. Do some chores, go to a movie, find a hooker. It works going away for a bit.

    what is a good amount to set aside for a football bankroll to start the season?

    how much you need i need to start with in order to do some damage this season?
