    You have to wonder how many times this had happened before to get that level of reaction from Willie

    That was funny… Rugby is one of the most bizarre sports in the world can you imagine NFL players having a match there would be probably five murders a game

    We might find out this year.

    At the end of last NRL season in October last year the season MVP and probably the best athlete in the league, Jared Hayne, announced he had been playing a lot of NFL on Xbox and was pretty good at it and wanted to quit rugby league and give NFL a try.

    He somehow scored a rookie contract with the 49ers without ever walking on a field during a game and now looks a decent shot at making this years roster.

    He'll probably create a couple of million new 49ers fans if he makes it.
