And so its Christmas..who should we pardon? .. should we grant PRO status to anyone?
If you are reading this you are officially on the Board of Pardons and Underfunded PRO Want-to-Bees committee.
We can pardon banned posters or even current ones who had/have issues. We can pardon cheats or scammers or even SBR staff. We could pardon The Prick for going 1-9 last 2 weeks of BTP two years in a row when he had a chance to win the contest outright.
We can grant an upgrade to PRO status only in extreme cases( see JJ Gold).

Been a member here since July of 2007. My mom won't let me go pro anymore. I usually lose all my points in the sports book anyway betting all in chalk ML till I lose, so I would never even buy anything. Pardon me! Please!

Ghost accounts are an urban legend like Bigfoot.I will say I think SBR's ghost detection systems are the best of any forum running this software and we aggressively look for duplicate offenders mainly due to the points program. So we will pardon the SBR staff for not catching all the ghosts and encourage them to do a better job.
High, what you are basically asking is for SBR to donate to charity because you are only allowed to bring 3000 points with you when you go Pro. And the fact is you are a non Pro so your points are worthless to you and are a potential 3000 point liability to the company. We already facilitate a large amount of charity donations annually so the answer, respectively, in a Christian way, is hell fuggin no.

lets have a contest among sbr pros where $100 can go to a charity of their choice. From their daughter's cheer squad, to the Red Cross, and back down to a homeless guy getting a huge feast for him and friends.
double the prize to $200 if the event is video recorded and put on youtube and has an sbr logo involved. maybe the good deed will go viral and you will get much more than your $200 advertised.

How about giving pro status to those of us who got screwed when you announced the extra year of Pro for everyone except those who happened to renew in January.....Happened when you dropped renewing by funding sportsbooks to be pro.
You should give PRO status to a selective few who have winning threads and actually make money for folks who tail them (you can exclude me from that list).
