Who really rec'd their 3/21 processed wire?
Is there anyone that truly rec'd their wire that was "processed" on 3/21. I'm still waiting on my 13.5K that was requested 3/19 and processed 3/21. I'm sure I will hear the next excuse about my wire being in a queue and the time frame to be Labor Day.

Really people, just look at it this way. Concede that you lost the money that way you wont be anxious and ansy to receive it. However, if you do receive it, you can jump for joy and act like you just got free money lol. I unneccesarily blew mine after they put it back into my account. I thought I would never see it again and it appears I was right for the most part. But I dont suggest you people to do that just in case they do pay it.

Doesnt say anything else but that and its in my pending transactions part of my online bank account! I was one of the most sceptical people on here checking my account every day multiple times. Im not a big gambler and i strted with only $250 so to me this was a big withdrawl.

Do I work for SB, hell no. I just don't understand how a wire that was processed on 3/19 and sent on 3/21 is now said to have been sent on 4/4. What is wrong with the wires sent on 3/21???/ It seems as if everyone is getting their wires even though they withdrew after the 21st. Really makes no sense at all???? Can anyone tell me any good news from the 3/21 wires besides that they are no being sent 4/4???

Here is what I got from the live chat this morning....
Eamonn Brown: Your wire withdrawal for $x,xxx.xx was processed by us in the last 10 days of March. This means that we sent those funds to our payment processor on that date. The payment processor was experiencing their own delays in sending the funds to your bank account, but they are now beginning to improve the speed that the wires are going out. Here is the updated wire timeframes we received from our processors:
If your wire was processed by us on 21/22 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 25 April
If your wire was processed by us on 23 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 1 May
If your wire was processed by us on 27 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 4 May
Bank wires processed after March 27th should be sent to your bank by the end of this week. Please allow 10-15 business days from the end of week to receive the funds if this is the case.
As you can see, the backlog of withdrawals is now shifting, and processing times are dropping. Every day we hear more reports from customers who have received their money. We ask you to remain patient just a little longer as we work through this backlog. This has been a difficult time for all concerned, but your money is safe. We do sincerely thank you for your continued support. These delays are most definitely a temporary concern, and we intend to return to a normal payout schedule shortly.

Therefore, they are saying ANOTHER 10-15 days. I am tired of the lies and am willing to put together a class action suit again Jazette if others want to help with the legal fees as well.

Isn't funny how the 15 business days end and now we have to wait 15 more business days. May 4th I can now expect my withdraw. I think my original cash out request was March 8th . . . then went through that whole check processor scam now this.
Everyone that has received their money knows the aggravation the rest of us are going through. Are we being duped? We are not sure and none of us will be assured that we are getting our money until it is in our accounts.
Not sure why gamblingjunkie put in a 1000 dollars. Probably not the greatest investment.
I think we should all find a new site to play on. I mean their are other sites that are paying their customers in a timely manner. Anyone know anyone that has experience with international wire transfers??? Why do they take so long???? I have been hearing from sportsbook.com that its the type of wire transfer, but that has been proven bullshit because now we are still waiting.
the problem with the lawsuit is . . . what we are doing is not technically legal, I think. I think sportsbook.com is aware of this and maybe if they are experiencing financial problems and they are choosing not to pay US customers. How are people from other countries faring with their withdrawal requests. Is only US customers experiencing problems???

As soon as I received my money, I emailed them and told them to immediately close my account. I told them they are bad business people and will never see my money again.
i requested 2 wires on the 29th, and sportsbook.com still hasn't processed them, and they won't give me any eta for when they will be. I can't see how they can claim that processing times are getting shorter. if anything it is getting longer

I have to say this company has terrible leadership. Besides the cashout situation, it's just amazing to me how they can screw up every e-mail. I did an EFT and a DHL and when these dumbasses send the confirmation the method of payment is always wrong. My EFT was confirmed as being sent by mail so I emailed them back to see what the mode of payment was and these fools send me back two different replies. One saying it was sent by EFT and another one saying the same withdrawal was sent DHL. Does anyone at this company have a clue which end is up? I mean having processor problems is one thing but to screwup every aspect of customer service is another. I mean how could you send out 500 confirmations a week and have every single one of them give the wrong mode of payment and nobody in management ever change the form letter?

Who knows what to believe. It looks as if you requested a payout and it was processed on the 21st, it went to one processor. That processor then sent the payments out on April 4th, of which it is another 10-15 days to receive. However, if you waited 2 more days to get your payment processed, it would have gone to a different, more competent processor that got the payments out a lot quicker. In the end, it is our fault for not know which day to withdraw the funds. I guess my crystal ball was broken.
So anyone that requested a payout on the 19th, that was processed the 21st, apparently we have 10-15 days to wait from April 4th. Don't forget the 12 holidays that have occured since April 4th. So by my math, 10-15 business days from when they sent it out should put us somewhere in early December. Its going to be a good christmas.

I Got An Email On Friday Saying That It Was Back In A Queue And I Will Get A Confirmation Once Its Sent But Now I Get It On Monday. I Dont Think Everyone Is On The Same Page At Superbook, Im Not Fu*ck With Them Anymore.....plus Wtf Happened To The Warriors Last Night They Let Them Score 42 In 1 Quarter And 6 Points In 30 Seconds To Fu*ck The Spread!!! Like many I suspect, I have followed this thread but have yet to post. I requested a wire from Sports.com on March 20th. That was changed to a cheque on March 29th (don't ask, long story). It was processed on the 3rd and delivered to me today via dhl today (it was actually delivered on Friday but nobody was home to receive it). The cheque was for $1500.
I still have a lot more in my account but I will continue betting and slowly request portions of my balance over time. It doesnt help when people yell and scream that their money isn't here and post their chats with cs reps. Its obvious that they are trying to pay people but are struggling to do so (which is frustrating I know but come on, they are not a fly by night company).
And no I don't believe any of these posters are sportsbook.com shills. I've posted on and off (mostly off) at Majorwager for many years if anyone thinks I am a shill for Sportsbook.

Has anyone received a wire using Chase Bank?
We understand that people are getting paid, but the random nature and the fact that many February withdrawals are still "pending" is what is troublesome.
My biggest worry is the fact that this company was sold for $1 to 'Jazette' with it's known debts at $13.2 M. That's $13.2 M that they owe customers be it via money still in accounts or money that has been withdrawn, with only a new group's existing liquid capital to fund said debts. The company is STARTING $13.2 M in the hole, with its largest customer base (the wealth of US gamblers) critically hindered by laws and regulations. Sounds real stable.
Congrats to the many that have been paid. That is encouraging, and is the only thing that has prevented me from charging back. However, the press throughout the gambling community that this has caused will make it next to impossible for this company to ever fully recover. I just hope I get paid before the ship goes down.

I could be wrong but I cannot imagine Sportingbet selling their US facing business to just anyone off the street. My thinking is that "Jazette" is comprised of the original owners of Sportsbook.com who made a fortune in cash, shares and performance bonuses when they sold their company to Sportingbet years ago.
I just don't see this being a money issue. Totally agree that Sportsbook has dropped the ball with the way they've handled this whole situation and agree that people have a right to be mad (I'm not happy it took a month for me to get my cheque). But again, I don't believe this is a liquidity issue.

I would be fine with waiting one to two months for my money IF I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT UPFRONT it is the constant run around that we are all just SICK OF!! you just can not treat your customers this way its not acceptable... I am soooo sick of hearing 7-10 business days, then 10-15 then something else it is a new f#@king story everyday!!
