    They already broke Hanleys ribs.

If i'm Don Mattingly I'm telling Nolasco to plant one in Carlos Beltran
    or Matt Holidays ribs.

The Dodgers MUST retaliate for this. They have got to send a message.

Now i understand not telling Ryu to do it b/c he doesnt throw hard enough
but Nolasco should do his best to break matt holidays ribs.

Its nothing personal but it damn sure better be done or ive lost all respect for Mattingly

    a) he's not a monster, he swings at anything in the dirt
    b) the ball didn't leave the park.
    c) he'll be washed up in 3 years or less

I don't understand why baseball players act like such pussies over celebrations (though being baseball players it doesn't surprise me). Like LK said, don't want a bat flip, dont let him hit it out of the park. One of the things I really enjoy about the NFL is they let the guys talk. Hitting a homerun is like scoring a TD, I'm okay with a little celebration. They are in the playoffs, hard not to get excited about it.

Pitcher sees any form of celebration and he's throwing at the guy 90+. Bitch move IMO. Don't want the celebration, be better than the guy you're going up against. He celebrate the first time, strike him out the second and let him know. Would make the game more fun/interesting if they didn't turn into such pussies and start beaming each other every time they get their feelings hurt.

    are you nuts?

you do that petty shit in the regular season, not in the post season while down 2-1. if nolasco is ejected, what reliable long reliever do they have who can take over? you really want marmol or volquez out there over nolasco????

if mattingly does retaliate, he needs to be fired on the spot cause it's the dumbest thing he could do.

No, no drink, should start though lol
You don't showboat unless you are sure the ball is gone, and even if it's gone, you act like you have hit a home run before.
Also, Puig has a shitload of baggage, if this season proves to be a fluke, and he turns out to be just a .260 hitter, most teams are going to think twice about taking on this headcase, this is why I say he'll be washed up.

He has no common baseball sense, he runs the bases with reckless abandon, and that's being nice, other scouts say he has the emotional age of an 11 year old..............

    Couldn't agree more with nasher

It can be argued that it's excusable since he's young but it won't change.

If Chris Carpenter was on the roster and not hurt, I guarantee you Carp would send the Cuban a little chin music.

Out of the league might be a stretch but a future .260 hitter who is a problem for his team is more likely

He's a stupid fukkin player plain and simple.

He's more of a flash in the pan than a monster.
    League figured him out.
He finished the year 9-46 (.196) then started the playoffs 0 for 11.

You think teams will be killing themselves if the kid is more like September Puig than July Puig????

No, lost on St. Louis, cashed on the football game last night, made a tiny profit, not mad, but this kid has had me scratching my head all season since his call up.

Fernandez in Miami stared his home run out of the park too, but that was not intentional, and after learning he pissed off the Brave dugout, went over live and in color and gave the Atlanta vets a sincere apology.

Puig does not get it, and never will.

who cares if he flipped his bat? he thought it was a hr and was only wrong by 2 feet. it wouldve been bad had he trotted and only got a single, but he hustled and got a triple out of it.

anyways, it wasn't as bad as this...

i'd really like to see someone throw at puig's head big dude coming at you fast ....I don't see the problem hes bringing flare to what can be a pretty damn boring game. Everybody here in LA that didn't even care about the dodgers stop and watch now when hes up at bat im at a joes crab shack in Long beach the waiters and everybody stop to see this guy hit I haven't seen anything like it since Barry Bonds left. Puig is must see the game needs more puigs to come. Baseball is uptight and stuffy it needs Puig.

he wont get ejected. That was 2 games ago and sometimes pitches just
"get away" from a pitcher. A warning is usually issued before an ejection
    on a hit by pitch.

if there's a brawl, he would be... along with puig, hanley and gonzo. then they get suspended for the next game.

    why risk it?

if they're losing 10-0 in game 7, then you can bean everyone.

Nash Football is the greatest game on Earth but back to the point check baseball ratings horrible their demo is dying off old white guys ...out of NHL, NFL, NBA, and MLB ....MLB is by far the most dull product I cant remember the last time I fell asleep during one of the other major sports too much action even the NFL with all their timeouts the actual couple mins of action we do get is pretty damn exciting I probably fell asleep in 30+ baseball games this season many with action on them that's bad. Baseball is kinda like the republican party in a lot of ways...alot
