    Why do they let brain dead children on the field in college football?

    Do they get some kind of tax credit for playing a kid with Down's? QB run, he's headed out of bounds well short of 1st down. So what does the defense do? Why they hit the guy while he's already 3 feet out of bounds. 15 yard penalty and a new set of downs.


    THE GUY IS ALREADY GOING OUT OF BOUNDS, HE'S NOT GOING TO SCORE, HE'S NOT EVEN GAINING ONE SINGLE MORE YARD AND YOU HIT HIM WHEN HE'S OUT OF BOUNDS, WITH THE REF THREE FEET AWAY.
