    Duncan is due to come out of the closet. One of the weirdest celebs/athletes I've met. Guy had a tongue ring, very strange.

    Kobe's career as a whole definitely more successful. Rape case made it impossible for him to win more regular season MVPs.

    finally, a sensible answer to this growing topic....Kobe's first three rings must be ignored. The only one he earned was the Orlando Series in 09...now granted Kobe may have 3 more years left...but Timmy gets the nod thus far...

    Kobe has quit in the finals vs the Pistons AND Celtics, vs the Suns, vs the Spurs, and DEFINITELY didn't deserve one of his MVPs over (Chris Paul). Tim Duncan helped his team win championships.

    Also, Greg Popovich probably never hated Duncan as much as every teammate/coach Kobe has ever had has hated Kobe at one time or another.
