    Mempher is 56-60% public thats only a slight lean nothing major
    Which means the line is close Mempher is currently-1

    Memphis just doesn't seem like the kind of team thats built to win tournament games. This one should be close, but I think St. Mary's wins it.

    yea for some reason teams with low basketball iq's and a inability to make clutch fts dont tend to do well...throw in the fact they havnt beaten a tourney team all season and not sure how anyone would feel good about betting them...

    not exactly high on gaels i dont think st mary's has beaten a tourney team either, unless we count mtsu..i have st mary's in my bracket, leaning pass unless i can get somewhere between +105/+110 then id prob bite, which might happen as seems mem getting some money and line shifting..

    You have the more disciplined team vs. the more athletic team

    I went with the more athletic team (Memphis), since they at least have the skill set to match up well.

    yea mem def has the athletes but so did mtsu (maybe not quite the athletes but still),,it 4sure not a easy gm at all,, like i said to actually bet it i need + money on st mary's unless that happens just a bracket play for me..

    st. mary beat creighton at home and got curbed a few times by gonzaga and lost to a few others they probably should have lost to...they havent played a team anywhere near as fast and athletic as memphis... if crawford and thomas can muster up a decent shooting effort and stephens can stay out of foul trouble, memphis wins... dont get me wrong, they will be outcoached from the opening tip though. the time of the game benefits memphis as well.

    If both teams play there best Memphis wins I should add. Can't count on that in the tourney though. St Marys hasn't looked good in the last few weeks outside of Creighton at home. They were one shot against a bad team away from being in the NIT right now.

    Memphis isn't much better and prob aren't better. Poor execution on D, don't make FTs, go to sleep at times on O, and will be vastly out coached. Could go either way, but there's a reason St Mary's was a fav on yesterday.

    Losing by 5 away to Gonzaga is hardly getting curbed and for the record Gonzaga is 5 times the team Memphis is... St Marys has beaten some decent teams this season that maybe people don't normally consider decent...3 of their 6 losses came to a #1 seed... They only lost 1 game outside of the Kenpom top 100 and avenged that loss a few weeks later by beating Pacific by 28 (who is in the tournament)

    Memphis will win big.
    St. Marys is soft, this will be a run and gun and slam runaway for Memphis. They are not the sharpest bunch of athletes, but every individual athletic matchup here favors Memphis big time. No contest.

    This was my only bet of the day and I hated the fact mcdubbly was on it. After dropping the hammer on Memphis (I got a bad line in Vegas -1.5), I don't feel safe only having a 10 pt lead at the half cuz of the mcdickly factor. I can carry a mush on my back for Mlb with no problem, but laying 110 with black clouds on your side is tough.
    Memphis should be up more they dominated that half defensively. If they win this game, you're gonna hear thousands of ppl out of no where talking about them. But they have done it all year.
