    you cant stop the rockets shooting so you foul em so they dont set a record

    then after the game he says we dont lay down

    you just lost by 31 points and gave up 140....try guarding someone the first 47 minutes and it wouldnt be an issue!

    I respect him for that atleast hes showing emotion every other team in the NBA doesnt care if they lose...next Tuesday they play again at golden state look for golden state to circle that game

They tied the record of 23 and then the Warriors started fouling every time somebody was about to shoot a three, one really hard foul, which prompted the coaches to get into each others faces a bit. In the final minute, the Warriors just fouled every time the rockets had the ball. The funny thing was, it was the Rockets Bench in there in the final minutes.

    This happen before with Golden State i think it was against OKC.....OKC tried running up the score or some shit....Mark Jackson got pissed starred them down and said dont worry next time we will win and they beat them it was either OKC or the Clippers

    Rockets tied a NBA record by making 23 3 pointers in todays game. After they made their 23rd one, Warriors started fouling with a few mins left so that Rockets would just shoot free throws the rest of the game so they couldn't get the record by making any more 3's.

    You should hear him calling into local radio twice a week. Terrible. I keep a running count of how many times he says "at the end of the day". At least 5 per 10 mins.

    Jackson should have let it go. But hou could have handled it with more class. Rookie or not you don't rub salt like that. I mean...nobody gives a fuk about that record. Except the fans there that night.

    That said if I was there I'd have been booing Jackson too

    The Sacramento Kings did the same thing to JR SMITH when he was trying to tie NBA single game record for 3's. JR got only 11 three's instead. He was wacked several times in the final two minutes trying to attempt a three.

    Classless stupid move by Jackson because the Players should be the deciding factor in the outcome of a game and not some stupid intentional foul to prevent a record.
