Disagree all you want but you're wrong. House edge is almost exactly the same on both. Yeah after the comeout your odds go up but the comeout roll gets you.

Tonight was the first time I ever played it sober. And it was in the SBR Casino. I stuck with Don't Pass the whole time thanks to John's suggestion and made a few points before I chickened out and hit up blackjack. I didn't find it fun without the social/boozy aspect.

Craps is a very cool game.Can go either way u can win a lot or lose a lot quick.I play the pass line and back up with odds if 6,8,10 are the point then play numbers or field after i get a feel for the tables and which numbers are coming in last trip in November had a great run time before that zilch.last 3 or 4 years in Las Vegas sometimes did not get to play there was nobody at the tables and this was a Saturday night around 9pm.Todays generation do not seem to play craps.Most places usually have maybe 1 table now.Back when i was little in the 70s craps seemed to be the game there were maybe 8-10 tables all full if i recall.

You gotta play what's hot. If people are hitting points you gotta play the pass and numbers. When the table is cold the don't pass is a huge money maker and don't come bets and laying huge odds on 4 and 10.

yes indeed i play the dark side as well! most of the time i do the don't pass then after the third roll after come out (if it even gets that far) i start chucking don't pass bets as well. i adjust my odds based on how hot/cold the table is and that seems to work for me. playing this way allows for marathon 3+ hour sessions, not the quick busto that others usually do.

I've only ever played it when I was at a bricks and mortar casino purely to have a good time. It's one of those games to me that you just walk by with your friends and decide to throw money on because everyone looks like they're having fun. Kind of like War or Let it Ride.

I love playing craps. All the yelling and hollering, usually the loudest table in the casino. It's all about the timing, being at the table when it gets hot and a shooter or shooters go on a roll. Love it when someone gets hot, knocking down points right and left, hitting hardways, hitting yo's and scoring on a nice fire bet, you can win big money quick. Craps is addictive as hell, love it!

You can easily scope out a table. Just stand and watch or bet the minimum to see what's hitting more then others and what's not. For example the other night everybody kept hitting 7 after the point was established. So I rode the don't pass since nobody could hit their point or get 1 point consecutively. So I rode the wave of 7 and outs.
