    the greater threat to jersey are the leagues not the feds. feds will ultimately stand down to states rights on this issue.

    if/when jersey gets this going, it'll become a domino effect and more states will quickly seek out that revenue.

    hopefully NY follows suit once they see the revenue in Jersey, though I would have more a reason to drive down to AC and hit up Caesar's more often now

    can't see this happening, not only with the feds. but with all the major sports leagues. pushing against it.
