    Why is it for the belt? Belts and the sport is becoming a joke. Used to be the best most deserving fighters fought, now just a random mix of whoever Dana likes. Now the belts mean nothing and there’s an interm belt fight every other PPV.

    They need to start by laying out guidelines for what entails stripping a belt not just Dana white descretion.

    He wants to make these mega fights where champs chase belts at other weight classes and then strips them of their first belt.

    Make stipulation for champs, for injuries, weight switches. I;e must defend title within one calandar year. Etc

    Yep some things in the sport definitely need fine tuning
