What do you HATE about 5dimes
Aside from the site not working prior to games going off, I really hate the way they have all the games out of order (time wise) Whats so hard about listing the games chronologically. Nooooo i gotta sift through a million games to find one and then the site freezes. FUKK!

Other than their horrible customer service, I hate how they have the 2nd half lines all the way to the bottom of their full-game lines. Why not have a link for a separate page for 2nd half lines?

I hear a lot of posters complaining about the site going down but I have rarely experienced it. maybe once or twice and propbet always works if you use that
CS leaves something to be desired but thankfully really dont deal with them too often other then w/d or deposit issues
Ok well at least im not the only one. They do have terrible customer service. Its always a hassle getting them to add my fees after a deposit. Sometimes they want me to email them a copy of the receipt. Pisses me off
if all you can give customers to complain about is where you put your half time lines, or having too many betting options, then I think you're doing a fine job. I do wish they would raise their limits and put a separate check box for the HT lines, but no book is going to be perfect.

Defensive customer service, buggy site, deposit options limited to cash and CC despite what they claim.

I hate the fact that they are run with such strict guidelines. They are never willing to bend to provide even the slightest bit of customer service. Example. I requested a payout last week. My payout request was rejected 3 times. Each time a different reason. The third time they rejected my withdrawl was because 5months and 27days ago I deposited with my **. The last 15deposits were P2P. Because of the deposit 5months and 27days ago, I had to send in basically my life info in order to request payout. Their rule is you have to be out 6months without ** deposit to not have to go thru verification proccess. 3Days away from hitting the 6month point.
They could have bent their very very strict rule mind state and giving better overall service to their customer. But 5Dimes obviously doesnt cater to the everyday player. They have gotten their top ratings (and for good reason) and are considered #1 book by many. They no longer need to cater to improve their customer service. The larger 5dimes becomes the worse their customer service will become.
And yes, customer service is one of the quality's I look for in a sportsbook. Thats why I am happy to have balances at BI and YW.
When I played there, everything was good. I didn't even have problems with customer service. If I put money offshore again, 5Dimes would be the first book I deposit at.

It's the worst possible way to display halftimes from a bettor's pov.
And of course, the site is barely functional technically.

Guys that hate 5 Dimes are nitpicking at meaningless stuff that pales in comparison to them having the most betting options and the most liberal parlay / teaser rules. They are the BEST book for USA right now.
Charging Canadians $15 to do an In sta debit withdrawl... Almost every other book is free or a $2 charge....

I wouldn't deny that, but the guy was asking specifically for the negatives. That doesn't mean they necessarily outweigh all the positives.

I'm telling you we can do this. We all know enough what we want and what it takes to keep players around. All we need is a good group of guys going in on it.

they only cover over 250 if they are not then call CS and they will, or they have for me. That being said I think 5dimes has is still a good book but has definatley fallen off a lot in the last six months
No such thing as getting a bet in the last ten minutes before kickoffs anymore. Ancient technology just doesn't cut it anymore.
I know. The only way to get them to cover is to hassle them in the live chat.
There really isn't much to hate about 5dimes.
Yesterday I was looking at places like Heritage and absolutely no props for the UFC matches. 5dimes had tons of them.
Nitpick for a nitpick thread: the bet the board shit that appears everytime you log in, and you have to scroll and click straight bet, then back to the sport you want to bet. If you're trying to make a bet before closing, and the site is lagging on top of it, it can cost you a bet.
