    No one answers on live chat and their phone number just puts you on hold. This is insane, and of course it has to happen on the day I'm trying to request a full withdrawal and take a break for a while. God knows, with my luck they'll probably disappear into the night and take all my money.

    Thanks for the reassurance! That does put my mind at ease a bit. I would like to get this processed before the 11am deadline. As it is my first withdrawal with BI, what do you need to send them? Anything besides the Driver's License? Thanks again.
