    You lose your points if you don't login to SBR for a certain length of time. They've been giving them back to people, though. Just contact SBR and ask nicely. I don't see why they wouldn't do it for you, since they've done it for the others that bring it to their attention.

    Correct.

    Forum FAQ details the dormancy adjustments. All someone has to do is request their balance to be reactivated.

    We don't have a system to do so. The expiration is worded in the poker points fineprint.
