Obviously there are a lot of wonderful posters here, as well as lousy ones.
However, I really like to delve into the SBR underworld and locate those diamonds in the rough. These are the guys that don't get the notoriety, but desperately deserve it. They're not out there tooting their own horn, and that's why I'm here to do it for them.
Here is my list, in no particular order:
#1. jmdshort. I've learned so much from this guy. He has been absent lately, but I'm eagerly waiting for his return. Every time this guy posted a play, it was a good idea to follow him. In fact, I don't think he ever had a losing season, in any sport. Come back, jmdshort. Miss you, buddy.
#2. Terris. This guy just got it. From his cool name, to his cool demeanor, this was just one cool cat. Rumor has it he went tout and calls his plays the Terris Wheel Syndicate. Not many people know this, but our current Syndicate here at SBR was named after Terris. Sperm.
#3. Quarm. This guy has one of the sharpest gambling minds of the 21st century, as his 68% winning percentage in all sports would attest. And amazingly, he still doesn't get the recognition he deserves. I would like to see that change. Quarm is an undeniable asset here at SBR, and I'm amazed he was never turned into a moderator. Perhaps in the future.
#4. picantel. This guy was one of the greatest horseracing handicappers SBR handicappers has ever seen. There were allegations of sexual misconduct between him and one of the horses, but it was never substantiated, and he remains as one of the all-time greats here at SBR. Hopefully he will get his just due in the future and gain the respect he rightfully deserves.
#5. Sota30. I guarantee you nobody has a bad thing to say about Sota30. During his entire time here at SBR he has been nothing but a consummate professional. I always look forward to reading his insight on games, politics, and the gambling industry as a whole. He is one sharp individual. SBR_John must be holding some kind of vendetta against him, otherwise there's no reason Sota30 hasn't been made a partner yet. His contributions have been immeasurable.
