There will be two five-team divisions and the regular season will last 14 weeks. The two division winners will meet in a two-week "Super Bowl" in Weeks 15-16. NFL Week 17 will be ignored. Only the division winners will receive points, with the Champion getting 1500 points (75%) and the Championship loser getting 500 points (25%). Here are the details.

As I said we could do more of these, and I like the 2-Week Championship because it decreases the luck factor. Nothing worse than winning the regular season by 100 points and then losing the championship because of one bad week or guys being out.

This contest has nothing to do with SBR (i.e., it was set up by me) so not sure if they would be willing to add points to it. So if we do something like that, it would have to come out of the 2000 point pool which I would rather not do.

The standard ESPN contests have 13-week regular season with 4-team playoff, two rounds of two weeks each running through NFL Week 17. We could do that for the next one, but I'd still prefer only the two finalists get paid.

We can pay 10 points every week, 100 to the highest scoring team that week. That will help prevent people from starting crappy squads once they are out of the chase.
