    I used the fantasy land discount rate to calculate the NPV's of all these revenue streams and I think you may be underestimating!

    still cheap valuation wise but some upcoming problems:
    1) at&t/verizon are threatening to cut iphone subsidies, implying that new customers would have to pay $300-400 for an iphone instead of $100-200
    2) lower priced version of macbook coming, this might have a negative effect on their laptop/desktop sales
    3) ads with celebs are turning off some people, kind of ridiculous that samuel l jackson and zooey deschanel wouldn't know where grocery stores and restaurants near their home are. not sure who writes this stuff

    they even admit that people using facebook more often on mobile devices hurts their revenue (harder to get big ads on there)

    i would avoid facebook like the plague, look what happened to other big names like znga and grpn
