Other than a run early in the second half, the Buckeyes easily handled a team that I thought was one of the best under the radar teams in the tourney in Cincinnati. Syracuse has just managed to get by in their wins but that won't happen tonight. Ohio State is just too good. Expect a heavy dose of Sullinger inside and from the elbow but OSU also has plenty of players who will make Syracuse pay for playing that stupid zone defense. Guys like Buford, Craft, and Thomas all have the kinds of games that can penetrate a zone or bury shots from the perimeter.
Craft's defense has been phenomenal and I expect him to set the tone for the rest of the team with great ball pressure on Cuse's guards. Scoop Jardine is too lazy and will get frustrated easily by Craft's pesky defense.
Ohio State looks like the biggest gift of the tournament to me. I already got them at -2.5 early this morning but -3 should be fine. I really don't see this game being all that close.
Ohio State -2.5 -109 for 10 units.
