#2 in the league in committing turnovers though.

Funny thing is with Utah his assists/turnover ratio was solid.

Deron is the most overrated player in the league.

Half ass effort every night. If he played as hard as he did last night nets are an 8 seed. Never does.

    Chandler or melo.

True. But look what he does on nights he's motivated..he said he had that game circled. Well why the hell is it so hard to bring that every night? That team is bad though, no argument there.

looks as if he has given up on the season and either the Nets get Howard and he stays or he is gone.

If he plays at that level every night they would be a lot better.

I think in regards to his turnovers he has to try and force the ball more to create better looks and opportunities because his team is so bad they can't score. For the same reason I imagine his fg% is down this year? Can't be bothered checking though

Yea hes shooting something like 40%. Maybe lopez coming back will get him motivated, there not quite out of it.

Your right tho the turnovers are understandable when your playing with Sheldon williams, humphries, etc.

Will be interesting if him and howard end up in Dallas with dirk. We've never really seen deron on a great team, those Utah teams were decent but nothing special.

We need to see effort like this out of deron every night.

He could be a top 10 player.

It's funny that Avery Johnson said he wanted Deron to shoot more and he drops 57 in the very next game.

    D. Williams? Melo? A couple bums that are the leaders of two bum teams. Get real. Shouldn't being a part of a winning team be big part of characterizing someone as a "best NBA player"?

If Nets signed Howard this off-season with the move to Brooklyn they would be a contender.....

    Deron Williams
    Marshon Brooks
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist or Harrison Barnes at small forward from draft
    Brook Lopez
    Dwight Howard

Anthony Morrow is a nice role player/3 pt shooter off the bench and would fit in great with Howard.....Humphries solid big man to back up both guys/rotate with lopez....Also have another 1st round pick from Houston

Of course they could trade around Humphries and/or Brook Lopez

If the Nets sign Wilson Chandler out of China they would have the sickest starting 5 next year.

Deron, Kris Humphries, Brooke Lopez, Wilson Chandler and Marshawn Brooks. Definitely will contend for a #7 or #8 playoff seed.
