Got rejected for a withdrawal today when yesterday chat said everything is fine and processed just ask for the W U info on Tuesday. I'll try to make the story short.


In July I ordered SBR Cash for 5dimes, I think it was $250 at the time. Made LOTS AND LOTS of Bets.
Probably rolled it over 10 to 20 times...grinding

Fast forward to Very Early December. I place a future Bet.

Continue to make bets everyday.

I order a $70 SBR Cash in early January

Continued to make bets......lost my $70 on the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Won my Future bet from December.....want to cash out $xxxx

First they said ok, now today my rollover has not been met on the $70 so it has been rejected.
According to them I've wagered ~$2700 total, I think it was a lot more but still way over rollover.
I've probably wagered $100-200 since getting that $70 sbr cash yet they told me I still have to roll it over 4 times.

I'm not really surprised at this, doubt they like someone turning sbr cash into real cash but I made sure to make like a million bets so this situation would not come up and it still did.

Already have a headache from the "chat"

I want to make a deposit later on for football season because I like the book otherwise but this is rather weak. So much for making the story short.

Even if I roll it over soon, would have to wait till monday again just withdrawal with no huge feels....sigh

Well it sounds like you are taking a payout of at least $1000 or so. Just continue betting another $300-400 and you are fine. You could bet that tomorrow night, then you are good to go on the payout.


It isnt worth the stress of a complaint since you are within 1 day of the $70 rollover anyway

Just complete the extra $300 rollover on Wednesday night. Problem solved and you can get your money on Thursday. That will be DAYS FASTER than filing a complaint would be

btw, it still make little sense since the money I want to cash out is not from my $70 that I supposedly need to rollover...

they would have to catch it first and most likely they don't.

if they did all it would mean is that those wagers dont count

if they ask just say hey i made the wrong bet and wanted to get out of it and bet the other side.

Betting both sides at 5d to make a RO is a definite way to get booted and delay receiving funds, espc. When your looking for a free payout.

Be smart and don't wave red in front of the bull. Play, cash and move on if you like..but don't play games with guys who clearly have a issue with bonus abusers.

5D is a great shop for many, but they do not take kindly to those who seek to gain an advantage. Its hard to catch bonus abuser-non rec or outright scammers, and when they do Tony likes to make a show of force.

Play, take the risk and let the results fall where they may. Just don't risk being accused of something you are not. Its too easy to be labeled and too hard to convince shops like 5d you aren't once they make a decision.

If it loses, then it loses. I mean you would still get a payout of $800. Take a real big underdog. I SURE HOPE that you are not taking a payout under $500. That is just a waste of time and it ends up costing everyone else in the long run

I wouldn't worry about them not paying. But what i do at books is right down the rollover required and every week i go back and add up everything for the week so im lost in my rollover and the book can't really tell me different, yeah this takes some time but it helps out in the end for things like this. Plus it also keeps me from over betting into my bonus as i like to reload when im finished with each rollover. U know they will pay.
Also if u don't want to risk your money by flat betting then just arb the rest of your rollover at another book and be done with this. 5 dimes has plenty of arb or near arb opportunities.

Update :

Made a bunch of bets, waited till monday to request fee payout. Got W U # on Tudesday.

Picked up my money today.


5dimes Pays but CS could use a few pointers.

W U= fast but fees are ridiculous. 5% exchange rate on 1 for 1 value.
