    Probability Scenario...

Lets say there are 100 marbles in a duffle bag. Some of them are Red and some of them are Blue. Your job is to figure out how many Red ones there are and how many Blue ones there are. The rules are... without looking in the bag you have to pick out 1 marble at a time. Write down its color and then put the marble back in the bag. Shake the bag up... repeat. How many times would you have to pick a marble out of the bag before you think could guess the correct number of Red and Blue marbles within 5? All guesses and or formulas are welcome.

Question is worded too vaguely. You would have to define the degree of certainty (confidence interval) you require the "guess" to have.

I would say that you have to pick 90 marbles out to come within an accurately guess of 5. You have no clue what's in the bag and I can't see any formula for predicting what's in a bag.

the problem here is that you need to factor in an equation of 3 variables which is kinda hard lol.
