Another OddsMaker $406 scam to report.

Greetings all, I am a casual better... during big games. I haven't spent much time looking into forums. I used to use Sportsbook and though they did pay out after last years Super Bowl game, it took over two months to get paid. I had to jump through so many hoops. Funny because Sportsbook took my money without question!

Anyway, buyer beware. I gave $25 to Oddsmaker and bet on the 49ers/Saint game and won $65 off that. Took the $65 on a Giants to win and Giants and the over and ended up with over $406 in my account. So I cashed out by check and it was cancelled. I inqiured why and the chump doing live support said I didn't follow the rules. What rules? The chump then went on to say I have to have over $1500 to cash out but I can only cash out a maximum of $1000. What?

So basically I gave Oddsmaker money. I bet. I won. Oddsmaker ripped me off.

So I am glad I found this forum, I know better now and will will take a look at the top-rated Sportsbooks found here.

need to have over 1,500 to cash out and can only cash out a maximum of 1000?

does that mean that when you decide to leave them you will have to give up a part of your balance because you wont be able to withdraw it?

I've unfortunately heard this story before. Many books have minimum amounts you can withdraw. This just happened to me today. I got a phonecall from betdsi asking me if I wanted some bonuses for depositing and things like that. I didn't even remember having a betdsi account. I look through my email and find some from betdsi with an account number. I login to see I have $7.15 there. This amount is meaningless to me so I tried to cashout. Any method and the minimum cashout ranged from $100 - $250. I guess my $7.15 will just sit there forever.

Thinking right now maybe I'll see if they have transfers and offer a contest to win it or something.

That's how it sounds according to OP.

Perhaps they meant you're supposed to rollover to 1,500 first and then at maximum withdraw a 1,000. I think they should credit you back your 400+ amount regardless. If not, it's a scam.

    JeepBaja,

I just had to look into it as I remembered SBR can help you with this issue. You can file a complaint and they will look to help resolve this problem. They have done it before and will do it for you. Fill it out and give a couple days (especially because it's the weekend it may take until Tuesday or Wednesday to get an official response. Keep SBR posted as we don't like sportsbooks that fukk around with members.
