    Registering as a sex offender is too harsh of a penalty for this guy. I mean he shouldnt be lumped into the same category as a pedophile

    This guy should register as this is a sexual assault. Don't know what it is about Southerners, but seeing a guy passed out strangely had three or four different guys started grabbing at their cocks when they noticed this in the video.     The registered sex offenders I feel shouldn't be there are the 18 year old guys dating 16 year olds in high school were the consent age is 17 or the guy who got absolutely blackout hammered and got caught pissing in an alley.

    The irony is worse things happen weekly on Bourbon St but this dumb ass with a camera just made it an issue
