NBA pushing for minimum age of 20

This whole lockout could be a sneaky good thing if this rule passes as a consequence.

Helps college hoops name recognition and young players will be more ready for the draft. Let NCAA provide free marketing for incoming players. No downside.

The player's associations argument has always been "you can't deny these men a right to earn a living" which is hilarious in my mind. Last time I checked they weren't prohibiting them from bagging groceries or hanging drywall.

I always wondered what the difference was....there are 12 guys on every roster...it's not like they don't fill rosters out because there aren't young guys eligible to be drafted. All it does is sort the riffraff out who would get drafted out of high school and gives more opportunity to a guy who works hard playing college ball.

    For riffraff see: Leon smith
