    MODS: betpoints Bookmaker and French people

    10/06 at SBRstore I bought $250 cash at bookmaker.eu (2500 betpoints)
    2500 betpoints gone, but no $$ in my account, because Bookmaker don't accept French people.

    No Problem,but I want back my 2500 betpoints.
    No Chat possible, email no answer from SBR.

    My 2500 points???????

    In this particular situation he never received the goods he purchased and is unable to receive said goods, therefore is entitled to his points.
