Two of my buddies got 5dimes freeplay scratch offs in the mail today. One got $100, the other $25. Already in their accounts and no deposit required. I got nada. I've been pretty active their lately, where as my buddies both havent deposited there in almost a year. So I'm assuming they're only for players that have been inactive with them for a while, trying to drum up business and all. Apparently the freeplays are anywhere from $25-$500. Obviously they dont need to give you a bonus to get you to deposit. That is why they sent these out to customers who are no longer active
