Do rare baseballs make a good investment ?

    I'm thinking , NO !

Let us keep the discussion modern, as in bought/ sold in the last 20 or so years. Google is failing me on this, I get info on cards not balls.

It seems the Bonds record HR ball went for about 750k ? I'd think the Jeter ball should be worth less than that.

How do these balls do 10 years later ?

We can't talk about some Ruth kind of ball unless it was sold post 1990 and has a history.

I'd never buy something like this !

According to Rick Harrison, Old Man, Big Hoss and Chumlee on Pawn Stars, the memorabilia market sucks.

Had a jays world series baseball signed by the whole team with autographs and authenticity card. was worth around $350 a couple years ago, Up untill my dog got his paws on it and it ended up in the garbage.
