What do you do when it's so HOT outside.

Living in Dallas where it's so hot and humid and on vacation for 2 months. The heat zaps my energy and I feel so lazy that the only thing I want to do is stay in my air conditioned house, and never go out. How does everyone else handle the heat. Also, hopefully the Mav's handle the HEAT tonight.

Humid in Dallas? If you want real humidity come to south Louisiana where you start sweating as soon as you walk out the door.

Dallas 38% humidity Temp 90 feels like 90
Arabi La, 67% humidity Temp 87 feels like 97

If no money go outside and work out of frustration ANC anger.

If gambling I never leave house

About 8 years ago I stayed in 95 straight days in summer. I have had many 30+ days without going out of house.

I'm from northern loosiana, but god, I know that feeling. Sweat just sticks to your skin. Feels like you need a shower 10x a day. Where I live now in CR, humidity is around 60%, but I'm used to it.

I'm about 1 1/2 hrs east of Dallas. I basically hang around the pool all day on the weekend w/ my wife and daughter. It obviously makes the heat bearable, but it's still pretty damn hot! Kids never seem to care how hot it is, so we pretty much force ourselves to hang out and do whatever she wants. Makes us get outside and not lay around all day.

You from East TX? 1.5 hours east of Dallas would be around Tyler/Longview. I got alot of family in them parts, and the 4x4ing is awesome out there.

Tyler it is! Been here for 17 years now. We really live the area. Doubt I'll ever leave.

There's all kinds of great 4 wheeling down here. We're really close to the Sabine river bottoms. Unreal stuff down there.

I'm in Dallas too and enjoy all the different seasons but am glad the really hot temperature is only about 4 months worth.
