    Problems with BetCris

Anyone else having problems with their website? I can view lines in Mozilla, but when I place enter bet, it clears out the wager. In Internet Explorer, I can not even get the lines to come up - nothing happens when I hit view lines.

I called their cust service, but it was a joke IMO and no help whatsoever.

This new software they are using is a joke.

I'm in Vegas - thanks for the replies. I have no idea what my issue is. The new software was working for me until the last few days.

I'm surprised to hear your comment about their customer service. I usually find them to be one of the best CS crews in the business.

I hope you were talking to an Internet Support person and not someone in accounting.

    Maybe give them another chance???

    Relentless,

Can you try Cris' sister site www.Yabet.com? They also have a barebones site www.sport-bet.net that has just been made available for players who want to avoid a graphic intensive webpage.

Cris had an issue with one of their servers which apparantly is causing a few isolated issues. Hopefully this alternate URL will bring you through an alternate path.

CRIS should never have changed the old site (the site that could be visited from v1.betcris.com during the transition). The new site is flat out sucks.
