Just paid 40 bucks for a joint support formula

    osteo bi flex with loxin

Kind of immune to just taking glucosamine. I needed the good blend. Anyone here use joint support products.

Also bought a ice heat bag for big people that can actually go around my whole back and shoulder

ps: caplets are best, then capsules, then tablets

Maybe take a 100 pounds off your frame...maybe, just maybe, your knees can't take the tonnage your hauling around

nothing wrong with my knees, my hip injury and me falling down and slipping and doing a flip on the tennis court has nothing to do with my weight also. Perhaps playing tennis for 30 years and lifting for 15 has something to do with it.

I do agree sanchez, id love to weigh about 250 so i could get laid and clip my own toe nails

If you're worrying about caplets vs. capsules vs. tablets you should look in the mirror guy. Thats the least of your worries

You learn something every day. I didn't know 350 lbs of fat will not effect your knees or hip one bit.

Did glucosamine help you? I've had shoulder problems and bought joint stuff with no results.

Will this Bi Flex stuff help at all?

This post isnt' about me, its asking others if they take anything for joints

I got injured last week and it had nothing to do with the weight.

Who said i was 350 pounds of fat and where did i say 350 pounds wouldn't effect knees or hips??

Quit committing the fallacy of context switching

Damn..it's tough following your trial and tribulations So let me get this straight...you can beat the #2 ranked college tennis player in your area....but you can't clip your nails? How the hell do you bend-over when your serving?

nobody bends to the toes when serving. In fact , after i make my vid, you will see, i dont' bend down any at all.

Some bend there knees but only to jump up to hit to move forward. I have a low ball toss , grip and rip serve with spin.

No i can't clip my toe nails and the nail is probaly record length. I should take pic of it

animal flex is good stuff, alot of pills. Not sure i could swallow those horse pills

I use something called AstaFX from Purity Products. Some kind of wonder drug that suppose to support a million bodily systems including joints. It's strongest trait is as an antioxident. I don't know if it actually doing a thing for me yet.

yea i'm not sure how much you weigh.. but weight loss is usually the best option for joint relief if you are really serious about it
