    email response times from a few books

    Today I sent the same request/question to these sportsbooks at approx 3:30 PM (EST):

    1) BetJamaica
    2) TheGreek
    3) Stan James
    4) 5Dimes


    It took:

    TheGreek - less than 10 mins to respond via email.
    Stan James - just over 10 minutes to respond via email.
    5Dimes about 15 minutes to respond via email.

    BetJamaica has yet to respond and it has been a couple of hours now.

    All but BetJam are very quick response times, why Betjam hasn't responded bewilders me.

    Pinnacle always was super good about emails as well
