    Sad day in the Freestyle Motocross (FMX) world.....

    I realize FMX is an "action" or "extreme" sport, but still a sport. Today, the FMX world lost a great young man/rider in Jeff "Ox" Kargola. Ox (only 24 years of age) was a key "Metal Mulisha" team member and also rode for sponsors such as Monster Energy & Boost Mobile.

    Ox crashed today while racing in the "Rip To The Tip"....a distance race in Mexico and died of internal injuries.

    Here in San Clemente, Jeff's hometown and a hotbed for the Mulisha and "action" sports.......it's a tough one to swallow.
