    They are young and have talent. Plus, they have a great coach who is perfect for this young team in Doug Collins. They are, more or less, the Grizzlies of the East. The problem, however, is that, unless they get a superstar, they will never get to the next level of elite teams. Perhaps Jrue Holliday or Thaddeus Young will become star players, however, I just don't see any superstar talent on that team at this time. They don't have a closer like Derrick Rose, Durant, etc. required to take that next step.

    They need someone to take control the game at the end not Iggy. They need to move Iggy and start Evan Turner at small forward next year
