I can't believe that their first contact to a customer, after having some sort of difficulty with the provided documents, says "Hi, thanks for sending your documents, unfortunately they did not meet our satisfaction so your account is closed and we are taking your entire balance, we understand this is disappointing but there's nothing you can do, bye now".
And it's only the people who put up a fight get to keep their money.
