Anyone can write up a bunch of crap and throw out turds. You need guys who know what their doing and can win IMO. Write ups don't mean crap if the plays are losers. You need to have a tryout thread or contest with an elimination type bracket for all sports that includes a losers bracket. Winners get the job. Kinda like Celebrity apprentice but the cappin version. Just my two cents.

Nasher would be a good one for baseball.
