They dont accept player referrals from anyone who wins, esp "Long term" and wont let you keep punting if you are a winner either, these crappy books are ok as long as 99.5% of the mugs who punt on them are losers long term which is why they pay out quickly etc.

soon as they have to start paying out enough, not even lots.. they will be gone.
