    Jon and Jay Gruden

I know both have crap to work with but neither can coach. Might have the two worst teams in the league.

Chucky can coach. Jay on the other hand will need Dwayne to save his job. otherwise hes toast.

Washington Franchise... sort of reminds me of Detroit. Yeah... Detroit is winning... but hasn't really been tested by anyone yet.

    Arizona is sh#$

    Chargers are sh#$

Philadelphia is pretty good... but had quite a few injuries.

Kansas City will pound Detroit into the ground.

Jon Gruden won a SB like two decades ago, doesn’t make him a good cosch. Entirely different game now than when he coached back then.

Raiders are going to be tough 2020-2025

They've got an enormous amount of speed and physicalness in the right positions, and very young.

2 more good drafts and watch out

No one can win without a QB, keenum and Carr blow.

yes. they just need to decide if they want to move forward w/ Carr or not. id be shocked if he remains a Raider beyond this season.

Agree, he had 1 good year behind a great offensive line with almost unlimited time to pass. Everyone shits on gruden, cArr is the problem.

We in Tampa Bay wouldn't have a Super Bowl if not for Gruden getting the job done that Tony Dungy couldn't.

But you're right, maybe the game has changed too much since he's been gone.

I am ok with Carr. I just don't think he is the guy for this franchise. Gruden will want to pick up a QB & mold him into the franchise star. he didn't sign for 10 years to shift through a bunch of middle of the pack QB's. Raiders have a bunch of assets to make a move if they so please.

I remember that Super Bowl like it was yesterday....

One of my favorite Super Bowl's ever. Happy Tampa Bay won it.

Chucky was stupid for going back to coaching. Cush job in the booth. Making damn good money. Working 1 day a week. Plenty of time for his "giving-back-to-the-kids" projects.
