    Best Cornerback in the League?

    I say Woodson.

Revis. It took me longer than most to finally come around to the guy, but I can't deny it, he's the best. Asomugha is 2nd.

After that, there's a big dropoff. Woodson had a career year last year, so I can see him being considered for 3rd, but Bailey can't be ignored. But both of these guys are getting old. Woodson will be 34 and Bailey will be 32 going into next season. So, they are both around the age where they will be losing a step and not being the shut down corner that they once were. Both of these guys are on the back end of their career and we will see a steady decline from what they once were.

DRC & Finnegan will both probably pass Woodson & Bailey next year, if they haven't already done so. These guys are both young and talented and will be a major force for years to come.

Some other guys to watch for: Asante Samuel, Marcus Trufant, Nate Clements & Rashean Mathis. All of these guys have the tools to become considered elite in the NFL.

I think Revis is the best right now. He shutdown all of the top WR's last year.

I also say Revis. Woodson is a close second though.

If I was being objective, then yeah, I'd have to say Revis as well.

But, if I felt like being a homer, I'd pick Jammer as the best in the league!

Revis got away with so many calls last year until the refs got their shit together come playoff time. He was only penalized 4 times all year then 3 times in the bengals game. I have never seen anyone jam/initiate contact the way he does PAST 5yds and still get away with it. In the playoffs, the refs let revis know he cant play like he did in the regular season. Just like this year, revis's production next year will depend on the refs and hopefully they start making the right calls.
