    Foster noticed a suspicious vehicle driving around the club just before 2 a.m. Monday, which made him feel like "he was going to be robbed."

    Was the vehicle suspicious or were the occupants of the vehicle suspicious? My guess is that if it were a couple old ladies driving around the club looking for a parking space that no one would have found it suspicious.

    So why is it perfectly fine for a couple of big strong black men to find a vehicle being driven by other black men to be suspicious, but if the police would have stopped this same suspicious vehicle for the same reason, they would have been considered racists for profiling?
