    Makes perfect sense. He has excellent recruiting pipelines on the west coast. He can get better athletes out west than he could in the midwest due to lack of recruiting pipeline.

    Makes no sense logically IMO. In coaching its all about moving forward and the next step, this is a going backwards. Either something was going on at Wisconsin and sanctions are on the way, or his goal is simply to build a program to call his own.

    Heard Wisconsin valued academics too much for some of his recruits he wanted and they wouldn't pay top dollar for assistants

    Oregon State has lots of money and I guess is more lax on letting questionable players in

    Maybe he was mad when the big ten made him throw the Ohio state game so the conference could get a playoff team in. I'm sure they still would of lost but not to that level so it's not out of the realm to think that. Gordon quickly announces draft then this.
