Wrong. Books got buried on the colkts game by middlers. They lost on the saints as public was on the saints. They won with sd. They got fukked with sf ml. Btw sf was -2.5 all week long until gameday.

I don't think there's a bad scenario in the AFC. Manning/Luck would be nice, but Manning/Brady is a classic and Rivers/Brady has a nice underdog story against NFL's goliath as well as some history. The NFC is trickier, I'm not sure how well Carolina sells to a mass audience, otherwise Saints always has a ring to it and Seattle is the story of the year and we all know SF. So, the only bad media team this year seems like Carolina, otherwise every other match up has appeal.

If the books wanted to balance this out, CAR +3 would definitely do that right? Sure seems like to me they are very comfortable with the line in the PK to +2 range and continuing to receive wagers on SF. This is just one of the factors I considered when I ended up leaning on Carolina.

If Carolina somehow hits +3 it would immediately even out....I am still waiting for it to shift even more. Carolina is the play here for me.

Saints have a great shot to cover, SD should cover +10 only because they can move the ball almost as well as Denver and as much as I want Indy to win, I think NE is the play....although I am just going to hit this OVER the total.

It's funny because 3 days ago my buddy texted me a link to a story. Of course I don't endorse this story and don't believe it, but if the Chargers get past the Broncos then I will have no choice but to give it real consideration. Even if it were true in any way it's too easy for the NFL to simply change the outcome taking any validity out of the accusation. Anyways, the claim is that the Chargers are supposed to win it all this year as predetermined by the NFL to promote the city of San Diego and the fans to invest in the team and a new stadium. Rumor supposedly started by a disgruntled ex employee who was just fired. Several sites have the story up now. This is just one of them. Take it with a grain of salt.

It just feels like a mass burial is coming for SF backers. Seems too easy and betting -1.5 is a weird line. Somehow in my gut I think SF bettors get buried.....just too many people love SF and Carolina can play ball it's no fluke they got the bye, rust may be a factor but they are no joke on D and on offense they might be able to control the clock with long drives.
