    Dolphins & patriots

High-flying Carolina hopes to avoid an emotional hangover on the road after expending so much energy to beat New England on Monday night. Their six straight wins are one shy of the franchise record, set in 2003. Cam Newton’s growth is on display weekly, but this would be a good spot for him to hand off to his stable of good running backs. Miami is allowing 152.3 rushing yards over the last four games. Carolina is No. 1 in scoring defense (13.5). About the Dolphins: Despite a win last week, the offensive line is in tatters .Dolphins are 4-0 when they hold opponents under 20 points and 1-5 when they don’t. They’ll be facing their former first-round pick, WR Ted Ginn Jr., who is opening some eyes in Somehow, the Dolphins have come together in the face of the league’s investigation of their locker room. Carolina comes in tied with Seattle for the NFL’s longest current win streak (six). Something will have to give, but this game will be closer than most people expect SBR members.
My Prediction Dolphins, 23-21. All the match ups shout out Panthers, but this smells like a trap game. Dolphins+4 1/2
When the Broncos visit Gillette Stadium tonight for a key AFC game, the Patriots’ defense has its work cut out. The assignment: Slowing an offense led by a four-time NFL MVP having his best season. Figuring out a way to stop slot receiver Wes Welker, who is making the same plays this season that he made for the Patriots the previous six. Keeping an eye on three other receivers who have at least 45 receptions. Peyton Manning vs. Tom Brady. They’ve met 13 times, with Brady owning a 9-4 advantage. Manning has 34 TD passes and is on a pace for 54, which would top Brady’s NFL record of 50 in 2007. Denver is 20-1 in the regular season since losing to New England last year in Week 5. Wes Welker (concussion) is probable against his former team. Denver should mix in more runs vs. the No.27 rush defense. Patriots they’re 24-2 in the second half of seasons since 2010, although one of those two came last Monday at Carolina. They’re also a different team at home (5-2) than on the road (2-3). Brady is 4-6 against Denver, but has won three straight. Manning needs to be aware of DE Chandler Jones, who has 9½ sacks and 18 QB pressures.
My Prediction Patriots, 38-35 Patriots+2 1/2. Since arriving in New England, Bill Belichick has a winning record against every team but Denver (5-5). This could set up a shoot-out atmosphere in Foxborough, despite a forecast for cold, windy conditions.
My Bet is 6 point 2 team teaser Dolphins + 10 1/2 & Patriots +8 1/2[ 10-11] Finally a Tip from Mr.HARRYtheHAT, don't fall into the trap of finding games which allow you to capture key numbers that you didn't like at the initial number.

Don't be so sure "ZIPPER HEAD"!!!!!The forecast for cold, windy conditions will help the Pats! up in a shoot-out atmosphere in Foxborough. Weather at Gillette Stadium could be a wild card. There wont be snow in Foxboro, but it will be extremely cold and windy. This could lessen the potency of both sides' passing attack. As a result New England might run the ball more, which would result in more of a clock control game and potentially a lower score. That said, both quarterbacks have enough arm strength to fight through the wind and Tom Brady is no stranger to the conditions at Foxboro.

Weather at Foxboro Gillette Stadium MA 29F Low 14F WNW At 27 mph...Very Good Luck Peyton Manning!! Forecasts indicate it will be 21 degrees at kickoff, with winds upwards of 27 mph blowing west-northwest. These winds are at the perfect orientation to blow through the open-ended stadium, and could create swirling and unpredictable conditions on the field. Players on both sides will also need to deal with the cold, with wind chill making it feel like 4 degrees at game time. Hoodie Will Be On Side Lines very seldom loses with his Hoodie...[[[[.The mystique of Belichick and the Patriots has been well-earned over the past decade plus, with the infamous hoodie being the sideline trademark of New England's future Hall of Fame coach]]]]]]. MAY THE FICKLED FINGER OF FORTUNE BE WITH YOU PEYTON YOUR GOING TO NEED IT!!!!!
